Referring to the COVID-19 pandemic's uncertainties, we plan to hold the ICIECV 2023 in a hybrid mode(Virtual + Physical). ICIECV 2023 is committed to holding the conference in 2023. Authors of the accepted papers who cannot attend the conference in person will be given an option to present their papers online and attend an interactive virtual conference. Meanwhile, ICIECV 2023 will keep concerned about the COVID-19 situation and consider the measures to ensure a safe environment for all participants and staffs.

We want to extend our warmest invitation to participate in the 2023 International Conference on Image Enhancement and Computer Vision (ICIECV) held in Qingdao, China, from the 28th to 30th of October 2023. It is hosted by Engineering Technology Development & Innovation Society, co-organized by Interscience Institute of Management & Technology (India) and Xiamen University Kah Kee College.
Image processing and computer vision have attained new popularity and are used in many applications worldwide. As the practicality of using increases, image enhancement, graphics and computer vision are projected to grow exponentially. Under the situation, ICIECV provides opportunities for experts and researchers in this field to share their ideas and reinforce collaboration. Therefore, we hope the conference will have achieved a remarkable number of participants while enabling profuse exchanges among academic and industrial researchers.
The topic and scope of ICIECV include aspects of computer graphics, visualization, computer vision and image processing. All the full papers and abstracts will undergo a rigorous blind peer-reviewing process.
Conference Proceedings
The conference technical committees will review submissions based on originality, relevance to the conference, structure and readability. Accepted and presented papers will be published in electronic conference proceedings and submitted to SCOPUS, Google Scholar, etc., for indexing. However, whether the proceeding is finally indexed depends on the indexers' decision, and no commitment is made by ICIECV 2023.
Submission Requirements
- All submissions should be original (not submitted/published anywhere else) and written in English following the mentioned Template;
- The article must correspond to one of the topics of the conference;
- The article should contain: Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusion(section Acknowledgment is written if necessary);
- The number of pages of the article should be 5-10 pages, no less than 3,000 words in total;
- The recommended number of authors should not exceed 5, and at least one author of the accepted paper must attend and present;
- The number of references in the list of references must be at least 10 (highly recommend almost are in recent five years); all mentioned in the Reference list are cited in the text, and vice versa;
- Self-citation should not exceed 10%;
- The originality of the article is not less than 80%;
- All authors must be familiar with the IEEE Author Submission Policies and IEEE Author Ethics;
- Upload your paper to the Submission System no later than the deadline.
